Product function and effect
Yarn broken is mainly to snap cheese from weft feeder. Weft feeder transmits trigger signal to main electric plate and the machine immediately stops working and automatically seeks weft. If such function is closed, inspection will only be dependent on weft detector,which easily causes half section of weft to be twined in slot, and weft will be sought backwards if you want to draw half section of weft, which results in certain influence for some complex types with high counts and density, such as centipede, machining mark and bulking, etc.; in addition, doesn't reach 100quality requirement designed by the
company and affects machine's working efficiency, and therefore the function should be developed and affected normally.
Because new machines have wrong stopping of yarn broken generally after two or three years, i.e., computer displays certain weft broken but it isn't broken really, or machine's yellow lamp is on for stopping without any reason, once every several minutes the shortest, so lots of customers of rapier loom close the function and stop using.Our company researches and develops a kind of controller equipment to control four-route weft feeder signal for the above phenomena,which helps numerous customers to resolve such difficulties and plays an improving role to improve cloth quality and production efficiency. |
